Chelsea Dallin

Chelsea Dallin graduated from WSBVI in 2003. During her time at the school, Chelsea was involved in several activities such as: Track, Cheerleading, Forensics, Swimming, Student Council, Band and Choir. Chelsea also attended classes at the local public schools in Janesville. 


After her graduation from the school, Chelsea attended Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She majored in Psychology and minored in Music and Spanish. During her time at Carthage, Chelsea participated in a number of activities and organizations which include: Gospel Messengers, Pep Band, Women’s Ensemble, as well as social and professional sororities. Chelsea was able to travel to Europe and the Virgin Islands with the Gospel Messengers choir. She also studied for a month in Mexico, as part of her Spanish minor. In May, 2008, Chelsea received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carthage College.


Following her graduation from Carthage, Chelsea attended the Colorado Center for the Blind in Littleton, Colorado, where she received additional instruction in Braille, Technology, Travel and Home Management. Chelsea also participated in challenging recreational activities such as Rock Climbing, downhill skiing and White Water rafting.


After her graduation from the Center, Chelsea moved to Platteville, Wisconsin, where she pursued her degree in School Counseling. In addition to taking classes, Chelsea worked at the Women’s Center as a Graduate Assistant and at the Career Center during the summers. In 2014, Chelsea graduated from Platteville with her Master’s degree in School Counseling.


Chelsea began working as a School Counselor at the Wisconsin School for the Blind and Visually Impaired in August, 2015. Chelsea really enjoys working at the school, and is very excited about her work! She loves working with kids and enjoys the opportunity to make a difference. 


Chelsea married Ben Dallin in September of 2017. Chelsea enjoys reading, singing with her Dad and Husband, writing songs, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Chelsea also participates in many organizations. She was elected to the Alumni Board in June, 2018. Chelsea is excited to be serving on the Board, and is looking forward to learning new things and enjoying new experiences and opportunities.
